It was a great stay, the receptionists were very kind and helpful, the room was perfectly clean and exactly like the pic

In the center, close to everything and first line of the beach

The pool only opens from 10:00 am to 18:00 and this was not mentioned on the hotel description The food wasn’t very good and with highest price than the ones around the hotel

Loved it, Will be back sometime, When Mallorca calms down.

The location is lovely, Right in the middle of everything, Promenade is just a few steps away with countless restaurants and shops. The street behind the hotel you can catch buses to the airport, Palma Cathedral and central Palma, If you are catching the Soller train bus 23 takes you straight there for 2 euros each.

Balcony had a fantastic view but wasnt very private.Also had to keep curtains drawn at all times to keep privacy in room.

Good overall experience, location is decent

It's on the beach - go for runs, go for a dip; everything is easily accessible. Lot of good restaurants in the vicinity. Supermarket is right next to the hotel too. Rooms are clean.

They didn't provide water :(

Lovely located hotel.

Locatiin, location, location.Very comfortable beds, spacious room, fab shower.

Poor wi-fi, Tv not working for the first week. Had to be moved due to a bad smell.we had no sun loungers on our balcony, room down as an apartment where it really was a large.room.

Convenient hotel close to airport for overnight stay.

Good functional hotel on the seafront, convenient for shops, bars and restaurants. Newly renovated. Double room with Seaview was rather small but comfortable, with side Seaview and balcony. Breakfast fairly basic but adequate.

Hey, was perfect except for the incessant incessant hammering and drilling after hours

Proximity to the beaches and restaurants. Very central.

I didn’t like that alterations were being done in the hotel after hours and that I had to phone reception twice to ask for the noise to cease as I couldn’t sleep. I phoned at 10:05 pm and again at 12:35 am.

Perfect location, do it! 9.9999%

Location, fantastic.... everything was almost perfect. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The view from the 9th (top) floor was amazing, especially the view of the airport, which I love to observe!

The only few negative things, we had a big wind for a few nights... the sliding balcony door latch was broken... so I had to lodge the table up against the door, but still, the powerful wind kept blowing it open. 2 nights, little sleep. Like a tornado in the room! Also, I had no idea they had breakfast option, until the night I was leaving, plus, the Gym, didn't know it was there! Watch the Taxi to the airport, Ripped off like CRAZY, the guy refused card, no receipt, "cash only". The price on the meter was 'usual', but he kept hitting buttons randomly, double, then more, then more.... As a business trip, I need receipts. He was BAD.

A lovely relaxing break a calm atmosphere and friendly staff.

Love the close proximity to the beach, provision of bathrobes slippers and beach towels was a great bonus, the rooms are really lovely and kept beautifully clean. We had a lovely room with sea view it was perfect. Would go there again.

I’m nit picking here, but could not get a cup of coffee in bar after 9.45 pm a bit odd.

What I liked in this hotel is that it was international unlike the ones if you walk 20 minutes further. The room was spacious and the bed was rather comfortable. I really liked the beach towels hotel provided! It was also a good option to take a shower after checkout in the spa room - we were even given towels. Really appreciate that! The stuff was very friendly and helping. Also, I liked the cheese provided at the breakfast.

The curtain near the room entrance didn't block sunlight well. The bathroom curtains were a bit short, so they always stuck to us when we were showering cause the curtains angled. Also, the TV location was really strange cause there was no way to watch it from a sitting position. I would rather hang it on the wall. Apart from that, I would add light on the ceiling cause the only light we had was near the beds. Also, at times there were long queues at the reception and I saw that the stuff worked as fast as they could, but it wasn't enough. The breakfast was the same every day and not that diverse.

Good hotel, close to the sea, NO kids :)

The location is very good, I love also the terrace facing the pool and the sea. The reception area is very big and you have plenty of sofas to sit and relax. I also liked that they offer a robe and slippers; not many hotels in the continental Spain do that anymore and it's a shame :(

The bathroom is very small and there is noise from the pool (even if it's adult only). The problem with the noise was due to a guest with mental disabilities. While I understand the situacion, it was still annoying to have a hummm repeatable noise coming from outside.

Good location, a bit out of the very busy/touristy/souvenir shops of the S’Arenal area but still pretty touristy. Beautiful bike path along the water that you can take up towards the cathedral area.

Overall good experience

Location was great! One step away from the beach front but also access to everything from transport, restaurants and everything you needed was around the corner. Also, just few minutes away from airport so quick drop to and from the hotel.

I was disappointed that on a 4 star hotel and given the price, you didn’t have toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion. There were some refillable recipients filled with what was probably the cheapest soap not making any foam and the smell was awful. In all my experiences and slept hundreds of nights in hotel, never from 3 stars included and upwards I didn’t experience this lack of toiletries.

Access to the nearby public beach only through the reception or restaurant with the obligation to wear outerwear was a bit annoying.

Lovely pool and beach vacation.

The new area of the hotel (done in May 2023) was really nice and clean. Note the hotel does not have water bottles in the room or shampoo and conditioner. Staff were friendly. Very close to beach and bus that goes straight to Palms (30 mins).

Balconies were not super private, and the older part of the hotel didn’t look super modern and nice like the new part.
